This scholarship is for hispanics that live in certain areas of Califoria. If they are 21 or over, it should be easy for them to receive this scholarship as long as they apply early. A great undergraduate scholarship program available for hispanics is offered by Coca-cola and the Greater Houston Retailers Association. It offers different levels of award money for students who complete essays and live in the Houston area.
